Underwater in the most difficult lake in France. (26 kg+ koi carp!)

Le Grand Etang... a place where carp anglers' dreams come true, but probably one of the most difficult private lakes in France as well. We took the challenge and tried to catch big and beautiful carp in this amazing lake. We want you show you how this lake looks like underwater so when you are lucky enough to fish here.... You can prepare yourself as good as possible!

Fished here a few times now over the many years and had some absolute stunners from it. It sure is one of the most challenging lakes I have fished in the world and most certainly in France! It is though a lake that captures you, there is something about the place that is just amazing and awe-inspiring, it is beautiful, hard, non-forgiving, and yet so rewarding whilst it keeping you wanting more all at the same time. Currently living in Germany and exploring the lakes there now but I'm sure ill head to France and other countries a few times still whilst my health allows!

Why do you swim in the water it’s just going to interrupt the fish and have less chance of catching one, good video though👍, and if I’m not wrong that was a Ghost carp if you were calling it a koi carp
