It always kind of annoyed me that leslie couldnt stand the guys hunting trip because girls arent allowed but she has galentines day and other female oriented events. Its just so hypocritical

Not hypocritical because they're not the same. Galentines day was during off-hours, the hunting trip was a work event ("trail survey") that intentionally excluded several of the employees in the department. It's fine for girls to have a girls day as friends ( *same as it's okay for guys to have a guys day as friends!* ). What's not fine is excluding an entire demographic at your job and making people feel lesser, especially as a boss. Leslie was definitely a hypocritical person in other moments, but this wasn't one of them tbh

It wasn't even something she had an interest in, as we can see because she gets over excited at the thought of shooting a bird and shoots Ron instead. She wanted to join to prove "girls can do anything guys can" and almost killed someone for it

She did actually enjoy hunting until Tom ruined it. Did you even watch that episode? It doesn’t sound like it.
