I need to ask you very uncomfortable question. Please answer if you can. Stool is brown and formed tends to be on harder side. Person goes number 2 every morning but about 3 hours after that there is this small amount of liquid stool and feeling of gurgling in the colon that feel like diarrhea might be coming but its not happening. After that small liquid stool anus might burn a little. Every day same scenario. Also person has a little inflammation in the rectum/ proctitis. The question is not enough bile or not enough stomach acid or something else. Some irritation is happening but what is causing it. We don't know what to do how to fix it. Thank You.

Can you please talk about any type of hairloss in both men and women? Is it nutrients issues related? Is it gut issues related? Or hormonal related? Can you please do a prolong presentation on this subject? I my self suffer as a man and it drives me a nut. I tried known medications such as oral finasteride and minoxidil, even dermaroller but non of these works. What could be causes? Appreciate

Hey T.C Hale. Love ur videos 😍 may i know if Intermittent Fasting is bad for people like me who is suffering from an Anabolic Imbalance? I just fixed my Gerd with Betaine HCL and i feel like I'm deficient in all sorts of thing. I'm currently dealing with Low Blood Pressure, Air Hunger/Dyspnea, Anxiety, Low mood and Depression, Hypothyroid and Vertigo/Dizzy spells. Most importantly Air Hunger is bugging me the most

Could it be that I'm Anemic as in Low Iron and B12? Cus my diet was mostly Junk foods. I rarely eat real foods and meat but now even after fixing that but due to my digestion issues i couldn't absorb anything so now I'm working on it but could it be Anemia?

I would definitely not skip any meals if your blood pressure is low. Low blood pressure = electrolyte deficiency. The minerals are too low in the system which can lead to poor conductivity. Low power means you don't have the resources which can contribute to low mood depression etc.

Check anemia+ferritin, gut health/stool test, vit d levels. Change ur diet also to Whole Foods with an emphasis on plants. Wishing you luck

@@Sandra-xz8be Yess my diet is mostly Whole foods now and i myself feel alot better but i somehow couldn't get past the air hunger and the dizzy spells. Like i got no reason to have Anxiety or depression at all but my mood just seems like it's going up and down. My doc brushed it off as Anxiety even though i got anxiety after i started feeling short of breath. I need to get some bloodwork done for sure thanks for the tip ❤️

Don’t stop taking vitamin D but get your levels checked and always take Vitamin K with it Your Doc won’t tell you that one

I would say....men have more of a physical utility aspect for working/fighting/hunting. We sweat more too, run hotter, etc.
