Thank you for spending your time, energy, and emotional effort to make these persepctive videos (since an organic system can have different enough experiences and internal landscapes one might feel confused at only relating to a certain extent) and Journaling Series ❣️🙏🏽 I didnt realize how little control I had over or how little I felt truly safe/comfy/supported in my internal landscape until following your advice in creating specialized Safe Spaces with Triage and everything! -Seti🌱

Hi Carrie, I found you on Emma's channel and I've watched/listened to your entire testimony twice. I have now moved on to listening to your interviews on Wake the Dead and have watched your videos here on your channel. As a recent college grad who was a psychology major, I am very interested in your story. My personal area of study has been coercive control. We were taught absolutely NOTHING about DID and post graduation, I still wasn't even sure it was real. Now that I've listened to yours and many other testimonies I know that it is real. I would love to speak with you. I keep steering people to Emma's channel, but you know the saying of leading horses to water. If you are open to it I would be honored to have you on my show. Thank you for speaking out and helping to bring awareness to all of this. Take care, Mel~

Thank you for such incredible videos. Do you have suggestions for working with these parts when systems are still being accessed?

Carrie, just a quick inquiry into whether youre alright (a very relative term with us, right?) I pray for you and your husband and lil boy and am a bit concerned. As a reminder we are a "girl" sam, and not a troll; just someone benefitting from your journey who genuinely cares. Staying safe sometimes means staying quiet, i know. A 30 sec. video saying you're ok, maybe?
