Sir Ab pro walo ke liye bhi batao timing kab kaise kare 1600m mai jinki 4.40 se 4.50min aa jaati hai please viedo banaoo Bahut sare Boys jaana chaate hai mere kaafi saathiyo ki 1600m ki timming 4.35,4.40,4.43,4.50,4.59 hai please sir

Fartlek training per se is more oriented towards fitness and endurance. The part is already there in my schedule if you check it. An organised fartlek is not what I will recommend for athletes who are preparing for physical tests. It can only be part of training

Pehle slow speed pe 1600 karo. Time ke peeche nahi jao. Jab pira ho jaye to speed badao. 8 August tak to kuch bhi karna aapke haath main hai.

Sir I'm overweight and don't warm up usually before running and I take 12 mins for 1600m. So sir should I focus more on warm-up.

Warm-up and stretching is a must. Aap mera 1600 schedule follow karo. Channel pe diya hua hai

Sir, question on recovery. If am doing tempo run or test day race then what is the recovery time . Recovery mean rest or doing some easy pace run like recovery run. What is recovery ? full rest or doing some activities in zone 1.

U should come done one zone at a time. so recovery means that if you are in zone 4, u reduce activity to come down to zone 3 and downwards. however during a race or practice session, we generally finish our run and stop. So our zone drops faster. Hence it does not give suitable transition time. Hence it is recommended that you reduce activity and then stop. The athletes during their final race day at times are not able to do so, so for a day if you have to break the rule, maybe u can but with some stretching etc

Sir gm, 1.Mere right ankle mai pain hota h. Jab slow runing marata hu toa pain nhi hota lekin jab tez running karata hu splint ya stride karata hu toa bahot pain hone lagata h phir toa 100m k baad kuchh kadam chalane mai bhi dard hone lagata h. 2. Dr. Ko dikhaya toa bole ki ankle ki haddi badh rahi h ya badh gayi h whatever so...but i getting very tens muje physical bhi qualify karana h 1600 m ka. Kindly koi treatment ho toa aap bataye plz....thnx I always feel,you have better knowledge with scientific gesture...

No this is not a bone problem. Your muscles and tendons are not ready for that speed. Increase strength and flexibility. then slowly increase your speed

Please take out your BMI and if you are in correct range which is between 20 to 25 then all is well.

Subha normal lo jo lette ho. Kuch nayya nahi karna hai. Also try karo ki heavy nahi khao and pani utna ki lo jitna zarurat ho Event se 45 min pehle 5 star chocolate (Rs 10/-) walli le sakte ho.

There is nothing new which can happen. All you have to do is increase your level. If time is not improving then you need to analyse your mistakes and work on them. Do drills and strength exercises. Time has to improve.

No. Body is already warmed up. Do a little bit of stretching before hitting weights

Remember to breath properly. Use 800 meters strategy if required. remember to use upper body when you feel tired. Once legs are tired, you need force from upper body. 45 min prior to race eat 1 or 2 five star chocolates
