sir me Ahamedabad se hu. mene reimburse claim rakha hai Orienatl Inssurance co. (Ericton TPA) me. Mediclaim Reimbusement me Operation charges Rs.15000/- Resealable customary ka reason batake kate hai. ye meri wife ka pahela claim he jab se policy start kiya he sice from 2007. mane docter se puchha to docter bole me operation charges Rs.55,000/- barabar liye hay or unhone muje iska certificat diya hai ke ye operation charges Rs.55000/- me hisab se barabar hai. docter certificate mene oriental isnurance company me bheja hai. to uska oraly bolna hai ke dedution sahi he to kiya karu. ab me docter ke khilf of mediclaim comaony ke khilaf complain kar sak ta hu comsumer fourm me. plase is ka solution de muje sir please

yes this clause is not there in HDFc and ICICI, I did not found in my policy. But it is there in NIVA policy.

Galat definition bta rhe h app... It depends on the same type of hospital in the area. Ex Fortis and Max, if some local hospital then won't be considered.

Isme hamari kya galti ?? Yeh toh insurance company ki galti hai aapko aise hospital impanel hi kyu kar rahe ho ?? Isme IRDAI aur govt ko bhi har treatment ke treatment cost fix karna chahiye taaki koi hospital over charge na kar paye,faltu ka clause hai
