I absolutely love this channel. 😀 I have a question though 🤔. It was mentioned about the Earthly material realm, and the Celestial realm that we cannot see. But doesn't " Celestial " mean , of the heavens....as in outer space? Outer space though is also a physical place , it's just a matter of physically transporting there. We have the hubal space telescope verifying that the planets and moons and other sun's, ( which are other Star systems), isn't this the meaning of Celestial??? Then how come religions like islam and Christianity...and some part of Hinduism and sikkhism ..also some kind of Buddhism..which allows animal sacrifice can lead us to God.. @El Malakh Feo and Harsh Verma. Yes, Ahimsa does preclude War. If one wants to get out of the Karmic cycle of Birth-Death, one must follow Jnaana, Karma or Bhakti Yoga. Eating meat just for taste is evil when there is option of plant based died. Plants are not same as animal life. Because they don't have consciousness like animals do. When choosing your food you have to use consciousness and eat those who has the least consciousness. Hence, order for priority of food is Plants > Sea Food (like prawns) > Fishes > Birds > Mammals If and only if better priority food is not available one can go for lower priority and even then thanking and asking forgiveness from God. So, Buddhists who live in mountainous areas and cold desert, where Plant food can't be grown, eat meat. However, animal sacrifice just for ritual purpose for pleasing Gods is always wrong. Those who justify it are lying and deceiving and being dishonest.

Yagna has always been treated as science or technology rather than pure religion. A perfect yagna will yield the desired result regardless of a persons true intentions. But pure selfish desire will have limitations in various ways although the results r still spectacular and can be easily verified empirically if done properly. True yagna is both internal and external. It is done to satisfy material desires but with a fundamental understanding that the point of such material benefits is to take us on a higher spiritual path ultimately. Which is y charity of various kinds r also treated as yagna. Also yagnas for the welfare of all beings in all the worlds exist to serve this same purpose : to drive home the point that the point of all rituals is to make a person treat all living beings in creation as parts of one’s family and therefore extend benefits to all through one’s yagna. In other words to give one a comfortable path to spiritual success which is normally a thorny one.

I am sorry but the Gods are not genie's and you should have responsibility and accountability for your own success, or failures. Worry not about what will happen after death for you have made your reward or punishment by what your doings on this earth. I also don't believe in sacrificing animals either as God created them for our visual enjoyment not to be killed or be abused for your personal stupidity. Example: The animal is a piece of art, then you go and destroy it and give it back to God as a ruined gift, that is a backhand slap to God. Animal sacrifice in the Vedic age(5000+ years ago) was not animal killing. Sacrifice was the name given by the missionaries who ruled India for 200 years. The rishis had the power to send the atman (not equalent to the cocept of Soul. Because in abrahamic religions animals do not have soul. So i will use Atman here) of the animal to higher worlds. It was never killing the animal. Infact, this ritual is banned in kaliyuga. i.e current times. As most/all rishis do not possess these powers.

I don’t mean to offend but I’m curious, are these Hare Krishna religion teachings? Or this is the mainstream Hinduism? Many similarities with Christianity: God sacrifices himself, women serving Christ/Krishna (Martha and Mary scene) and many others; though, should say I Iike Hindu approach much more, because God don’t send his son to death but instead gives himself as a sacrifice, women serve God himself instead of performing ritual; well, in NT Mary was listening to Christ instead of cooking and serving, which somehow better?

In Bhagavad Gita Krishna preaches to Arjuna not to desire for worldly things and do karma without desiring for reward yet Vedas contain supplication to God(s) for attaining worldly things like wealth, cows etc . and Krishna also says that people who are foolish are influenced by "flower words " of Vedas ( read Bhagavad gita as it is by Prabhupada ) . Prabhupada also says in his commentary that ANIMALS MAY BE SACRIFICED IN YAJNAS AND ANIMALS SACRIFICED IN YAJNAS GET LIBERATED .
