So hold on a second. Mettatton is trying to bake a cake. And he needs a human soul. And he didn't think to use a substitution earlier. But once you get the substitution, he says he already had prepared the cake. So this mf killed a human, and instead of giving it to asgore, he decided to FUCKIMG BAKE A CAKE, preventing the monsters from breaking the barrier. So if you were to do the genocide route, Mettatton could have saved EVERYONE, Because he would probably hear about a child committing manslaughter, he could've given the soul to ASGORE, so they can evacuate the underground and save most citizens, BUT THIS MF DECIDES TO BAKE A CAKE ANYWAY. I thought knowing this would make undertale less enjoyable, but it somehow made it even better and funnier.
