Esther, I 100% think the boys are trying to help you when they give you health advice but as an older female please do your own research on women’s health issues. We just work differently than men and that includes what exercise we do and how it affects weight loss (I.e. all exercise doesn’t necessarily help us lose weight). I know you’re only 24 (wink wink) but the 30s are really where you wanna make sure you have a doctor that really understands how women’s health is unique. Stay well girl!

I was thinking this too! The boys mean well, but they don’t have a clear understanding of a woman’s health/hormone situation

Hello U.T.I. My name is Ezekiel. I'm a fan all the way from Jakarta, Indonesia🇮🇩 I’ve been following y’all since 2023, through every episode that I’ve watched and I learn a lot from all of those episodes. I thank God and y’all for this podcast because like Esther said this podcast is comforting, to me😆 This specific episode really hits me in every aspect of what I’m going through in life, the whole conversation from this episode beginning to end is like a confirmation to me. It’s a dream of mine to meet you all in person someday so that I could give y’all hugs, also get my hands on that Nectar Hard Seltzer and Super Bonsai because I really wanna try ‘em😁 Thank you Jeremy, Wootak, Viet and Esther for being amazing hosts, for all the stories that y’all shared, advice, quotes even. Thank you soooo much!!! I love you all💞God bless y'all!!!

I started my healing/growth journey around the same time as Viet and what’s crazy is that I’ve hit this same sentiment of reverting back to my past self & it’s been very frustrating. You are not alone Viet 🫶 I also appreciate Wootak saying if you’re not feeling lost then you’re staying stagnant and not growing. I really needed to hear that. Kind of hard to watch you guys totally ignore the fact that In a shocking turn of events, David Dobrik who was once close friends with Jeff Wittek committed a series of despicable actions that have left Jeff in a vulnerable and hurt state. Despite claiming to have Jeff's back, David abandoned him at the hospital, stole precious heirlooms from Jeff while he was unconscious, and callously refused to pay for any of Jeff's medical bills resulting from multiple surgeries and hospital visits. To make matters worse, David threatened Jeff to keep silent about the incident, attempted to manipulate the narrative in a documentary, and even influenced other members of their social circle to shun Jeff and even Tana for having his back. This betrayal has undoubtedly left Jeff feeling isolated and betrayed by someone he once considered a friend. But yet David is just a silly goofy guy 😆

And he’s still having surgery to be able to see out of his eye. It’s sad they said people can change. Jeff almost died and they are laughing and joking about it. Definition of giving a platform to the wrong people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jermey and Wootak saying they would have done it and spun faster is insane to me. Definitely shouldn’t be bringing up topics they know nothing about to a podcast. Very disappointed and no longer supporting.

It's sad that alot of the trauma and mental health problems we have as adults was potentially passed down from adults by other adults who probably dealt with the same thing. It's nice that we are in a generation now that is very vocal abt it and not afraid to seek the right help but maaaan is it hard...especially when it's your parent.

viet: ive also struggled with my mental health, i relate to where you're at in life rn. what ive observed in myself is that there are cycles of growth. even when the cycles repeat and i come back to old feelings or reverting back to a past state. every time i go through a these lesson cycle i have more tools to cope. its almost impossible to see in the thick of these cycles. the momentum that the lows create for radical growth is beyond what regular people are capable of. learning to grow from these cycles has shown me fulfilment and the beauty in life. most people just go through life suffering with pain, instead of growing from it. bro everytime one of these cycles happens you have the potential to dive deeper into yourself and learn more about who you are and your purpose.

The part where viet and Wootak talking about there path. It’s the process of finding yourself and be at “ your best self”. I say that in quotations because we all have different opinions on success and what our personal goals are. Which path you go isn’t a bad or a good one, we all have to fail, have ego get to us. Don’t lose your priorities and yourself in the process but if you do that okay to. Your getting to know yourself more

As u we’re talking wootak I thought of the verse Romans 7:15 - don’t really understand myself, for I want to do what is right, but I don’t do it. Instead, I do what I hate. Bring this to God and let him take u through this journey! I feel like he wants to do a humbling work in your heart as well as healing ~ if u let him But u have to come to him in humility (it’s better and much less painful to humble yourself than letting God humble u)

I am a doctor and a huge fan of the show, although I'm an eye specialist so I can't really offer much about female health issues haha. The sodium in the Tajin would typically cause you to retain water and bloat more so I can't think of any mechanism that it would be helping with the cyst. It's possible that the depression cause by the Tajin deprivation caused your body to shrink 😂

Viet is on his own journey and the high ego of believing you are above all, hyper self aware, and working on yourself is allowing you to think it’s okay to tell viet what he’s doing wrong. Notice how when Wootak says something that seems directed towards Esther or viet, they both get really quiet, because it seems like they’re being shamed or looked down on.

Idk, but I feel when Jeremy is giving Wootok actual good advice, he takes it personal and gets offended, and his coping mechanism to get the feeling of humiliation away is to Judge others, either their appearance or just WHO THEY ARE AUTHENTICALLY, like how he clowns Jermey's fits or actions. If he were open to the advice and truth, he would actually be able to reflect upon it. But I notice all the podcasters do this. Once Wootok is actually doing what he enjoys Jermey "Jokes" and so Wootok does the same thing back, and its so normalized, even ESther does it and Esther is go with the flow. Viet doesnt do this much bc he genuinly doesnt care and doesnt take anything personal, but when he gets annoyed, it just comes out. Those "Jokes" are passive-aggressive. And I feel the passive-agrressiveness comes from the inabilty to sit with the uncomfortable feelings and communicate it with each other or communicate what bothers you to your people, and the podcast is the only source of letting these feelings out SAFELY. I see this alot in my own household and I am always having to constantly get these two individuals on the same page so there is SOME inkling of peace. IDK, maybe I am just projecting. I think this podcast is gonna go through a rebrand but for the better. I think there should be segments of mental health/ self-care hygiene and talking for just joking around.

One thing I did worry about was Viet in the last podcast was the whole using protection thing … I work in a hospital and have a lot of AIDS/HIV patients so be careful out there and be safe about STDs … anyway I feel like Viet put so much into this podcast being vulnerable cuz no one shares those types of struggles and really made this a special podcast. Anyway wootak respect the working on yourself thats really good. I appreciate this a lot cuz it gets so deep into human ego and mindshifts with different types of perspectives and walks of life and how to improve yourself mentally. Wootak’s ego keeps the show super interesting ngl lol. Baddies quit the DMs it’s making him crazy 😂 Also Esther I subbed for your personality not your editing skills 😂 Now I say Jeremy is the most bullied cuz he’s not in wootaks top 10 😂 Anyway the viewers are here for you guys and support the whole team backend/frontend thanks for creating this, I love listening to you guys and the whole dynamic is just flawless, 100% support ur podcast ! ❤

Jeremy does so much for the pod and nectar and he is the reason why the podcast took off. Wootak is especially mean. He even admitted his wrongs to other people in his life, but not Jeremy. Anytime Jeremy gets brought up, he gets no praise and he always shuts him down. Coming from a place of love and respect for Wootak on his journey. But why is the “joking” hate on Jeremy overlooked despite all Jeremy does.

I think for many of us...once we've been through something , we adapt coping mechanisms that essentially turn into very bad habits or just "part of who we are" (which doesn't have to be true). These coping mechanisms, despite how harmful they may be ,have protected or helped us cope through all the bs. But once we're no longer in a position or environment in life where we have to have these mechanisms or this wall up, there's now a struggle to allow people in or just be accepting to the fact that we don't have to be that way as much.

A real hard truth is that the journey of bettering yourself will never truly end. Maybe it's because life will always evolve and we will have to consistently evolve with it or it's the fact that all these "goals" are just like satisfactions of the flesh that will constantly change because the flesh is never satisfied. You could have 6 days of self improvement but that 1 day where you did nothing will make you feel like you fcked up the entire momentum. It's apart of the process tho - the fails, the fck ups, etc. It's all just apart of that journey and you gotta know how to have grace with yourself and not disregard all the progress you have made but keep pushing forward.

Dear wootak, hopefully you do read this but I did watched this just now & I had to write for you. Thanks for being open & personal about your own growth process has a human , here for us to listen & see , what I believe it's happening to you is that your mind is evolving & with that comes becoming more emotional, empathetic & catch real fast the negative aspects of your life to change them & transform them into positive habits & outcomes in your own self personal journey of life so at first you start to realize & think about your past mistakes and actions that were negative towards people that during that time you didn't really thought about & now you are starting to realize the severity of your own actions to other people because now you are starting to care about your own way of reacting & treating people this is just the process of growth & letting go those thoughts, actions & feelings that don't let you progress into becoming who you need to be as a person for yourself . I truly wish you find the "ULTIMATE WOOTAK”😂 & find your soul essence of existence for you to achieve what you need & deserve for yourself. Note:Remember don't think too much in the long process but take it day by day and then look back for the progress you have made , live in the present so the future can become your reality. Take care & live your life how you truly want to live it .

Jeremy, your employee story and how God handled the situation spoke so much to me it gave me literal goosebumps and so much realizations. I'm a wife and a mom, and God knows how much anxiety I have every single day because I have so many things on my plate (career-wise & family aspects as well) that I'm afraid I don't get things done as efficient as one should (you know how social media portrays how a working mom should be like). There are a lot of unrealistic expectations that I have been trying to meet, and I pray every night for gratefulness and thankfulness to God, but I don't let Him help me at all with all my struggles. I don't let myself rest in Him. And so starting tomorrow, I will surrender and let go, just like what you said, so I can focus on the parts that I'm good at and to put a stop into creating a version of me that I would surely dread for the rest of my life that could potentially harm my relationships. Thank you guys, again, for all your profound insights and sharing your life stories. Do know that you help a lot of people, including me! I wish you all the best in your life journey! God bless you all! ❤❤❤❤

His life path number is 8 and the 8 Life Path signifies a lifetime of investing in yourself and overcoming judgments that stand between you and your strong ambitions. You can do it Wootak we believe in you! You can Overcome what you’re going through! The haters are most likely doing worst so they just want to hate cause you’re doing better than them. I love how self aware Wootak is. He comes off as someone very secure in who he is & knows when something abt himself isn't right but he is still able to take that criticism from others who may recognize the change before he does and fix it.

1. Tattoos aren't illegal per se in Korea, but like Wootak said it can't appear in media and the actual GETTING of tattoos by anyone who didn't go to medical school is illegal. I got all my tattoos there and the artists don't even release their location until right before the appointment. 2. Cohost nominations: myself so... 3. Wootak, I am proud of you for recognizing how you're feeling and how you've been internally and outwardly. It's a difficult thing to walk away for your own betterment and I will be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers 💜

I don't think anything is wrong with anyone altering their photos if that's what they want to do. The problem is the intention because filters are one thing but things like photoshopping come from a deeper place sometimes. It's highly normalized but I wish it wasn't such a fad. It's just a part of this worldly experience I guess.

honestly relate a little bit to what Wootak said, i had a period of time where i almost took pride in overworking myself to the point of essentially being an asshole to those close to me for various reasons, i think that''s why even in the bible it explicitly says to take a day of rest every week and to not overwork oneself. proverbs 23:4-5 makes it pretty clear. bible also says that we need to take care of our bodies properly to honor the lord, and not to sound like a dork, but the things i've learned while getting a psych degree have made it clear to me how clearly connected our entire bodies are with our mental health, so i hope this break from the podcast gives Wootak the reset he needs! love the pod always

I have to disagree with Jeromy on girls gone Bible. They talk a lot about the same messages that Johnny does. Especially on not submitting to your own feelings and thoughts but staying In and submitting to the word of God.

Agree! They have submitted themselves to the Lord by being sober, celibate, and pious (not cussing.) and they fast as well! They’re not perfect but they ARE submissive to the Father and are GOD FEARING WOMEN. They get a lot of controversy and they know this and you know what I love about them? They pray for those who hate on them. That is what it’s like to have Jesus’s heart and mind of Christ!

I barely use social media but I don’t use filters or photoshop on any photos or videos. I don’t know how to do all these crazy edits that people do with facetune and what not and making their waist smaller. Social media is so detrimental to our mental health for the simple fact that people can edit themselves to look like a model yet look nothing like that in person. I did an exercise (in 2019) where I decided that whenever I used Snapchat I wasn’t going to add any filters so I can be used to seeing my own natural face without edits and be comfortable and confident in me. It helped A LOT. I no longer use Snapchat but do yourselves a favor and limit social media usage
