Ali and Rocky never fought. That was a computer simulation with Rocky winning one version by KO and Ali winning another version by TKO stoppage.

Same thing with Joe Louis, he should move a little bit more mechanically. Joe Louis was a fast puncher but he didn't necessarily move that fast on the feet all the time.

For the ring walk animation, they should add the entourage like the boxer's trainer and cutman. And it also needed some ring walk attire like robes, shirts hats, etc. But so far it's still looks better than Fight Night Champion.

Going toe to toe with Rocky would be akin to doing that with Mike Tyson. Ali would have to stay away to have any chance.

First of all they should put an walkout entrance and robe on boxers when and their team with then too second of all they have fixed that I can’t see the referee he only comes when your knocked down

I think the devs know only too well about these points and in one year's time i am convinced we won't recognise this game. I have high hopes for it and two things for me is the bobbing weaving and the straight punches. These badly need improving. When you are a lower weight class and you throw hooks to the body and head in combinations, the game flows superbly and is action packed. I was Ali on Undisputed difficulty and to land that killer straight was so frustrating because of the speed and ineffectiveness of the punch. Bobbing and weaving effectively should make head punches miss more imo but not the body of course - loosen that up and it will be incredibly playable and above all - fun!

Awesome points. This is just early access, but hopefully they focus on the entertainment value of boxing as well. Ring walks, corner men, referee drama lol This game has come a long way.

Oh, the one thing I am critical of is the lack of respect for Wilder’s right hand in this game. I was looking forward to seeing stunning KO’s when it connects. Like in life.

The gameplay looks sped up and the transition between the animations is not smooth at all it feels robotic i kinda like the early versions of the game where the transition between the animations were very smooth to where it looked as realistic as a real life boxing match and now that they mess it up as they go i doubt that they will keep an eye for the robotic feeling of the animations however i would say it's better than nothing but i would like a good update which fixes all of the issues and the bugs within the game.

@@kendrickdawson1053 That was a predetermined fight to sell tickets. There are two endings one where Marciano wins and when where Ali wins. It was basically a sparring match. They recorded sparring and mixed it together to be a full fight. It is called the Superfight. I do agree that Marciano should be rated higher but not 95. I would say 92 or 93. The fight aired in theaters and was a movie.

I see so many errors immediately, first of all Ali never fought at the age of 26, his last fight before his exile was at the age of 25,, when he came back he was already 28, second of all, his heaviest in the 60's was 214 pounds, he usually stayed between 210-212 pounds. But to get his age and weight wrong is just disrespectful, however he did weigh 236 pounds once in his lifetime and that was in his very last fight in 1981 against Trevor Berbick, but that was a sick Ali. Not only that, this Ali moves like a washed up late 70's Ali. So disappointed because you're ruining his legacy, this is a far cry from the real Ali. Also Marciano was a cruiserweight at best, he was a blown up heavyweight and fought usually at 180+ pounds, the heaviest he's been was at 192 pounds, another error! Gosh.
