Floyds punching power might not be that great, and it might not hurt Conor at first, but then when Conor gets hit with a hundred of those punches it'll start to hurt. A human can only take a certain amount of punishment and Conor will get stopped because he's going to get outclassed. It's not even fair to put him in there against Floyd in boxing, the same it wouldn't be fair to put Floyd in UFC against Conor. Both totally different, but both great combat sports.

A lot of difference in boxing compared to UFC. In boxing this is a 12 round fight. Theres no where to go. You can't take the fighter down, you got to stand up and continue to take punches. Connor is going to get stopped. He's either going to get knocked out or the refs going to stop it because he's taking too many punches. Its really getting old hearing about the difference between MMA and boxing gloves. Unless you are talking about the oversized sparring gloves (which we're not), the difference is not that big. Hasn't anyone seen Fight Science? They tested the difference and it was very small. They proved it. The biggest difference was the ability to block better with the boxing glove and it protects the hand a little better. Not a big difference in power, however.
