2pounds ground beef 1 28 ounce can of Centos crushed tomato’s 1 15 ounce can of tomato sauce Ricotta cheese big container Mozerella shredded or a block to shred Parmesan shredded or a block to shred Romano cheese shredded or a block Basil fresh chopped Parsley fresh chopped Oregano Bay leaves Half a white onion 1 Garlic glove or more to your liking 1 egg Pack or lasagna noodles to boil Put olive oil in a pan with the onion chopped basil chopped and parsley chopped , cook till onions turn translucent Add garlic mix for one minute Add ground beef cook until brown Add 2 tsp oregano Add 2 tsp Italian seasoning Add can of crushed tomato’s Add can of tomato sauce Add 4-6 table spoons of sugar (this will help with the tamatos acidity ) Mix all together Throw in 2 bay leaves set on low for 15 minutes In a seperate pot get your water boiling and boil your noodles as the package instructs In a separate bowl mix ricotta , 1 egg, some Parmesan and some Romano cheese To start layering put a scoop of meat sauce on the bottom of the container spread around then place noodles all across the top of that sauce Put ricotta mixture on top of the noodles Sprinkle mozerella, some Parmesan & some Romano cheese Pour sauce on top and then add a layer of noodles, add the ricotta on top of that layer, sprinkle the cheeses , Just keep repeating this till you run out of ingredients Bake in the oven 375 degrees for 45 minutes Enjoy!!

I've made lasagna a few times. I also totally recommend adding Red, Orange or Yellow bell pepper, It just makes it different and adds flavor plus it’s healthy. Also Lasagna with Ground chicken instead is also very good too.
