Hey Josh, I'm darn impressed that you are still able to put out some decent videos in the middle of "the fishing sucks almost everywhere season." Re: forgetting the tripod. I'm pretty bad about forgetting chit too. It helped me a lot when I started making checklists on my phone. Tight lines to all the stache wankers out there!

It’s a Bigmouth Buffalo (Ictiobus cyprinellus) and 5+ lbs. Definitely not a “trash” fish and a North American native that can live 100+ years. Very nice catch.

Nice spot! I’ve been keeping happy with some bluegill and stocked trout, though I caught a surprise 2 lb channel cat on a waxworm on a little dock pole. Loved the bigmouth buffalo! Those are fun to catch and are delicious! Keep the new videos coming. Still think you need to hold a Stachemasters tournament.

11 pounds is my guess and yeah in mid spring in clear water creaks ,fishing for white bass and wipers I have 100 % seen buffalo chase and bite small curly tail grubs and have caught a couple using them . Maybe they get all fired up for the spawn and start gummin stuff to death .
