sew needs to focus on cardio then slowly move into light weight training...and her body burns off as much as she eats with ease...so she is fine with not having a diet... rainer and denise needs to watch they eat as they prolly have slower metabolisms... ofc u can have a few cheat days a week if u work out double or triple those given days... all 3 needs to ride bikes or roller blades for some cardio if they dont like to run.. specially sew... she so tiny she can afford a lil bit more muscle in ur body frame!! MVP award goes to denise even if she did cheat persay with potato chips she still lost alot of weight given the 2 weeks!! is she keeps up with basic cardio she will lose it easily! so keep it up denise! stay motivated!!! u dont have to go balls deep just try bike riding for a hour every day or 1 hour every other day with time permitted OR OR OR even do simple cardio like 25 push up 25 jumping jacks 15 whistle drills ect on the off days... and its perfectly fine to eat a lil banana inbetween exercises to replenish ur muscles as u work out so u dont feel as much fatigue even drink coconut water with a electrolyte packet mixed in... it will help!!! HOPE YALL STILL CONTINUE IT!!!

If you’re motivated by Chloe Ting to actually get up from your bed or couch to do her workouts then that’s good. Doing it is still better than just being sedentary. Who knows it may spark your interest in fitness and nutrition leading you to do more research on it. Everyone’s gotta start somewhere.

im actually on for chloe ting flat tummy challenge, her challenge workout is good, u totally sweat alot, for beginner, i recommend it if those who want to strt doing it(: u got this!

I don't think Chloe ting knows/has the right form actually.....hahaha. Her exercises are TOTALLY fine as long as you know the right form - I suggest beginners to do it with a coach or a friend who knows the right form (athlete or fitness person) so they can correct you!

she isnt giving wrong information at ALL. if you read the description of her videos, you’ll know that some people see her titles as clickbait, but youtubers have to optimise their video’s meta data for discovery due to youtube’s algorithm so that’s why her titles are like that. she provides free workout programs found on her website consisting of multiple videos each day and also weightloss/diet/food tips to help others. her FREE workout programs have different videos each day so you cant just do one video of hers everyday, you have to do the videos that she provides everyday to see progress, and people often blame her as her video titles are like “arm workout that works!” because youtube is more likely to recommend them to people and that helps youtubers like chloe ting earn money to support herself. furthermore, her workouts actually work very well and i’ve lost about 4-5kg by following the full workout program. maybe try reading the description in her videos before coming to this conclusion as she does NOT give out false information.

rae in if you’ve watched videos of actual Personal Trainers, a lot of them were talking about the misleading and false information she was spreading in her videos itself. Not the titles, not the workouts, but the scientific information she was putting out to the internet (though some of her workouts may not seem like it’s doing anything for certain people either). Not discrediting her kindness for sharing FREE workouts and whatnot, but we should all be selective and discerning in what information is put out in the internet. (Not just her videos).

Denise: Definitely can see a difference in the tummy Sew: Her arms look more toned! Not sure if its the pants but the glutes look a little 'higher' Rainer: Definitely got difference! His tummy looks a little flatter like Denise. His shoulders look more defined too.

The issue with most women who are underweight and exercise, is that they do not replenish their body with proper intake of food after the workout, to help their bodies recover. That's why they feel like dying and just never exercising again

Chloe Ting's exercises are bad for your joints. Her postures and categories of targeted muscle workout are all wrong. If u start early, maybe u'll end up early in orthopedic clinic too :P

totoes! nice and good video! and please dont follow chole ting's yt vid, there are other better ones. Just do your best in the exercise that u do, just do at your own pace if u want a challenge just up it up a notch n if need a rest take it, listen to your body! =)

Hahahaha Chole is not a fitness expert. Maybe this was done before the whole fiasco last week but even without it its obvious she's talking nonsense.
