I tried really hard but I didn’t see the chicken 😂😂😂 loved watching this video though! Now I want to eat all the food and go see the whirling dervish ceremony!

@@nd2299 G is officially crazy! HAHAHA I called him a nut job (pun 100% intended!). Etliekmek was one of the best foods we tried in Turkey, and never saw it again after Konya, so it must be one of the very few places where you can get it. And also, OMG that ceremony changed us forever! It's so incredible to witness what happens in that room!! Definitely recommend spending a couple of days in Konya if you ever find yourself in this area!

turks have youghurt with every meal. yoghurt is a turkish invention, the actual word yoghurt is turkish. which the world borrowed. . also dont get fooled. greek style yoghurt is a copy of strained turkish yoghurt. another fact the greek dip Tzatziki comes from the turkish word cacik. but due the world full of turkey haters, they promote it as greek.
@waysoftheworld_3 жыл бұрын
We've heard that and honestly, what a sad thing :( I don't understand why marketing something as Turkish would be negative VS positive for Greek. We have been in Turkey for almost 3 months now and we've never felt safer and more welcome anywhere. Turkish people are incredible, funny, kind, hospitable and honest. It breaks my heart that they are perceived otherwise anywhere in the world. We hope to educate people through our videos and inspire them to come here so they can witness what an incredible country Turkey is. And not only for its beauty, but for its people 💕

Thanks for the perfect scenery of Konya, I enjoyed a lot. For your information, actually Sufi People are some how independent from any religion, specially Islam. In simple words they believe that every human being is a Holy Temple and all Sufis are trying to know their selves as much as possible and leave others alone. There is a really fantastic and rich Novel based on truth on one of the popular Sufis in the world which has happened in Konya. The name of the Novel is " 40 Rules of Love " and I recommend it to you if you are interested in knowing much more about Sufi and Konya.

we literally are spending all of our savings to travel and learn and embrace other cultures and share them with other people. Please stop leaving these comments calling us racists. Maybe watch some of our other videos... :) we wish you happiness! ✌️

Please don't disrespect others religion by saying that we have 2 mosques near us, don't be racist I could also say bad things about your German religion but I will need ot because m not racist to like you both please respect other religions!!!
@waysoftheworld_ Жыл бұрын
Why does our observation of having 2 mosques near us strike you as racist? Why would we go to Konya and choose to see the whirling dervishes and visit mosques if we weren't interested in other cultures & religions? Those are legitimate questions. Be happy :)
