The date on most recent calls log was August 27th and yesterday was September 3rd. When I attempted to fix it it wiped everything out in my call logs and wouldn't let me use them. So not only did it fix unfortunately messages has stopped it fixed that also so thank you again!

guys don't be afraid to rest your device, if you have another device take a picture of all your apps so you can install them later. for pictures I recommend having an sd card or uploading them to Google drive. These are just precautionary as you may get a prompt saying to load data and files

Great video. My problem is I want to remove one of my gmail accounts. When I go to setting, accounts, google, it say Unfortunately settings has stopped. +Horse lover4life Hi: Never did get it fixed. What i did do, is after the factory reset, I went in really quickly and did my google account set up. After a factory reset, you have about 5 minutes that it will work, but soon as the system does it's auto updates/ugrades that is when the problem starts. I guess I will have to live with it, since I set up my account one time, I probably never have to go in there again. Hope you find a fix. Have a super day.
