❤🙏 Sending you love and prayers 💯 rest equals healing and helps us with recovery 💞 be kind to yourself/ do what you can when you can ,a bit at a time if need be, it's ok to give yourself the love ,care + kindness you would to someone else who may be going through those issues ( it took me a long time to listen to my body ,and realise that I have allowed others to burden me with things ,stuff + energies that I' am definitely working though/ sorting out/ getting rid of also, all because I allowed myself to be their dumping ground,an because they wouldn't deal with it ,so they manipulated me ,guilt tripping me into being submissive 🙄! 💯 , it has held me back , now I am seeing it all as narcissistic abuse / trauma bonds, I am awakening and slowly taking back my power 💪 🙏💯( doing my shadow work too ,after yrs of chronic pain , even if I just get dressed,or a shower ,on those bad days I look at it like it was good , and journalling too especially my dreams , also accepting + asking myself so many of the questions about what I need to know now ,what can I do ,how do I change this etc ) Please know you are important,you are needed, you are loved and I am proud of you for hanging in there and doing the best you can 💯❤️🌟🍀🧿🥰

🕊☮️🌌😇🕯🎨🕯: so I guess the section I nevef understood in Math Class was: Simple and Compound Intrest Rates. Got stuck on it and Never Returned to it since then. It was that bad. So Does Compound Mean: like Example 1 picture Artwork Created 1Per Week × x3 weeks a month equals roughly 3 paintings created per month depending on other elements etc. That's why you said: something you do each day with practice Equals More Compounds Created over Time? Is that How You Understand Simple and Compound Intrest Rates with Math verses visual?. Since trying to understand Compounds mathematical ways with algebra included didn't work very Good At All for Me long time ago😇🙏🙏🙏🙌💜🙌AM I anywhere close yet?pls if you know any to?🙏🙏🙏? I sucked badly at Math subject's. Like completely in that sections. Darn it. 🤔 Trying to organize Everything in My mind to so sorry if i still don't understand it at all. Still trying to unconfuse sections in life I don't understand at all still. Sorry.🙏🙏🙏Thank You. Amen. 🙌💜🙌
