@Don_Juan-P it usually depends on what type of snake. I'd suggest that you eat the venomous ones dead, and the non-venomous can be eaten alive for those whom have the stones. I actually prefer eating snake rather than tree frogs.

Two things I do: 1) blend two lemons in 1 litre cooled boiled water, include the pips, pith, everything. Keep it in the fridge. Then, once a day drink 200mls mixed with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. 2) mix a pot of Ayran with a small bottle of soda water and top it off with a few grounds of Himalayan salt. Keep it natural where possible

been drinking like crazy for a few months on this Euro Trip. I had to stop, I wasn't just getting hangovers anymore, just tired, sick and bloated. I'm still at my main weight due to gym and walking everywhere , but now I've stopped drinking and want to cut 10 lbs . so this video is helpful . thank you!

Do nothing more than stop drinking and you should drop 10lb in a month easy. Good for you
@jordanxfile
@jordanxfile Жыл бұрын
You do not get hangovers as long as you drink heavily every day. I am a heavy drinker, I stopped for 2 months, then tried to drink and felt so hungover the next day with even a few drinks. Just like cigarettes, the fewer or less regularly you smoke, the more you cough. Because your body reacts in the normal way. When you consume so much of a toxin, the body limits its reactions. if you watch Loren Lockman's videos on KZbin, you would hear him mention how the body stops showing certain symptoms when it is dealing with more important things. This is also why you need to be fully adapted to actually "enjoy" these toxins; otherwise they will make you feel miserable, like they should.

Is there an updated, recommended "to do" list that covers most key points? I fast (OMAD), and heavily keto, but am activity limited due to multiple disc issues. And between being 60, dieting and inactivity have likely crushed my metabolism and weight loss / maintenance has become nearly impossible.
@PriusTurbo
@PriusTurbo Жыл бұрын
Track your macros and scale weight every day. Stop OMAD. Get adequate protein (1g per pound of target body weight). Fill in rest of calories with fats and carbs. Exercise as much as you can handle even if it's just walking around in a pool. You must figure out a way to weight train to maintain as much muscle as possible regardless of your back problems. At least do body weight exercises or light dumbells. You WILL NOT gain weight (fat) unless you're eating surplus calories so track them. It's that simple.

@thomasspriggs8038
@thomasspriggs8038 Жыл бұрын
Sugar in drinks (even fruit juice) is more unhealthy than sugar in fruit for 2 reasons. 1) Quantity - Drinks can be consumed much more quickly than raw fruit and one glass can be equivalent to multiple items of fruit. 2) Speed of digestion - Removing the fibre in fruit to make a drink, means that it gets absorbed into your system much more quickly. A higher level of insulin is then released causing the sugar to be stored as fat in a battle against high blood sugar.

I've seen a study that showed that consistently eating 4 servings of fruit a day can lead to NAFLD. I've also seen some speculation that suggests that a person should limit their daily fructose to 25 grams or less. Fruit used to have a useful purpose, increasing fat to prepare when food is scarce. Now, most of us don't have to worry about food availability so fruit has lost it's purpose.

@@davidiglesias9549 most are tofi's. Look at their stomachs. Most clearly have fatty liver and these are the ones that advertise the diet. The only exceptions I'm aware of are the few the workout an insane amount to burn off most of the toxins they eat. I'm willing to bet that even the leanest looking still has an unhealthy amount of visceral fat.

Hi Thomas. I love your videos and follow you closely. I appreciate the science based approach to health. What does Unblanched brussel sprouts actually mean? I'm thinking it means don't put it in water. So can I roast the brussels? Thanks for your generous content!

the thing is he's started o.k but now he's teaming up with scammers, and calling research that's done in 2006 as brand new (as in 08 06 2023) And he's mentioned Flaxseed for lowering Triglyceride. I've read on Science Direct, there were research done to lower but result came as actually increasing Triglyceride. He's become a snake oil seller.

@@blacina9036 it means cook gently so Myrosinase not get destroyed by heavy cooking. Myrosinase is an enzymes thus activates chemical reactions such as converting to Glucoraphanin to Sulphoraphane which has health benefits. The research he's talking about was done only for two weeks in 2010 using just mice. So that research is irrelevant. But research done on human trials have indicated the health benefits of Sulphoraphane. Doesn't need to be only Brussel sprouts but also Broccoli and any Cruciferous vegetables. Most research indicates best eaten raw but some research indicates there's also health benefits of these vegetables when cooked. There is podcast Dr. Rhonda Patrick and Joe Rogan talking about broccoli sprouts if you're interested on the subject.

I'm so confused what the hells wrong with me now, I'm lean, have not drank alcohol in 6 years, I get at least one good run in a week, I eat fruit in moderation, don't consume junk food/processed food, I keep my carbs down, no omega 6's, my diet is relatively clean, yet my liver is 3 times over what it should be and my thyroid is under active, I don't know what to do anymore.

Munk Fruit and Stevia are safe. It's the ERYTHRITOL that's added to them that has caused the warning. Go by disease brought about by obesity or risk getting healthier? Not a hard decision in my mind and I will stick with Stevia.
