I love this comment! It is a perfect summation of the video while hitting the most important issue we see with a lot of these law enforcement videos: "They are the expert, because they did Basic Law Enforcement Training". You could hear the scorn in Mr. Austin's voice when he heard Mr. Yadollahi had a Masters. Immediately Austin started down a different accusatory line of questioning for "what certifications in that..." and then was unfamiliar with what a speech pathologist is able to do for our hospitals and for their patients. Bro kept trying to insinuate that only a medical doctor could make a determination, then he took the word from the paramedics that showed up. They aren't doctors either! Glad to see the hot head is removed from his position.

The whole thing smacks of a someone who didnt want to deal with an issue, and had a bruised ego when he was called out on it by someone that actually has the knowledge and ability the cop lacked. Honestly I dont think anyone would have to have the credentials the Samaritan had to assess the woman as being upset as a result of the situation she was in and the cops aggressiveness but that in no way raises her state of mind to something that needs medical intervention at the time. Anyone with basic human empathy and a little patience should have been able to handle this, obviously qualities the cop lacked. The fact that he did have the credentials he had though, helped immensely in taking the heat off the victim allowing her to collect herself without the cop browbeating her as the cop decided he was a bigger threat his authority and ego.

Respectfully, it has been a very long time since the US military actually fought to defend this country and it's citizens. There has not been a just, legal, ethical, moral war or battle instigated, or with involvement, by the US government and military since World War II nearly a hundred years ago. Every one since then has been about helping special interests and their greed and power hunger. Even before WW2, the US was engaged in these kind of corporate and banking greed power moves quite a bit, which is why Marine Corps Major General Smedley Butler became so outspoken with his *_War is a Racket_* speeches and book. He saw it first hand, again and again, and participated in it. Now _he_ was a true hero who served his country. Not for his numerous military accomplishments and medals, but for his honesty and dedication to telling the truth about how war is almost always about special interests looking out for special interests i.e. a literal racket by the biggest and most materially powerful and well funded criminal mafia gang in the world. Until _you've done similar,_ you are naught but a shill for those special interests, and you've done a lot of lying to yourself. This is a hard truth to face, but a very necessary one. And to be honest, there were even some corporate shenanigans going on with even WW2, but all in all, was a necessary war. And to think that you say this with pride?

She don't look like a victim. Her hair is not loose and maybe she did have a mental issue. Babbles like a meth-head.
@bapbirb3 ай бұрын
I literally thought the same thing. Like obviously the lady is supposed to be distraught and she cant speak the language well. Its 100% ok to show signs of emotional distress in this case. What kind of braindead non empathetic sociopath considers that mentally unwell. He's acting like its a dangerous situation when its a literal small lady in distress. You have to be a mentally unwell male adult to feel like thats anyway threatening my god..

It's pretty easy for me. I was the victim of theft and threats of bodily harm and was treated like a criminal while the perpetrator was given deference. So.. Yeah. I've seen plenty of disgusting abuse of power by cops.

Wow, the gaslighting he did to her, "screaming, mental health crisis, on narcotics" The fact that he was perfectly comfortable behaving like that on camera... It's absolutely disgusting. May his v1ct1ms get justice, because you know they're out there, they exist.

And the continued gaslighting of the speech pathologist and threats to get him fired. The more the pathologist stayed calm, the harder the cop tried to get under his skin with gaslighting and bullying. I swear I don't think I've ever been more infuriated by one of these videos. A cop should get jail time for this kind of abuse.
