It's probably just the hormones floating around. The testicular cancer is also screened by hormone testing, but it's assumed more when the men aren't taking estrogen. This guy taking estrogen would make it less likely for a doctor to even think of testicular cancer as a possibility.

I m sorry to say that there is much amount of "liberalism" in my personal thinking of erm, general worldview and AFAIU liberalism is smt like "live and let live" - "this is mine playground and this is yours, we can share some things but we dont need to mix". there is idea of borders and limits for a reason - the borders and limits are here in the humane world to be sure that anyone who wants to be a bullie will be exposed.
