As someone from Hawai’i thank you for using your platform to send help for Maui. As an island these disasters not only leave native Hawaiians displaced, but destroy jobs, sacred lands. Having to ship in supplies and resources to an island is extremely scary and difficult so thank you for being on of the few influencers I’ve seen to shed any light on helping Maui

Hawaiian number 2 here to support you!!! My auntie works for a large transport company and they are helping to organize the ship captains that drive the huge barges they use to get supplies from one island to another!! ❤ I hope if you have family there, they got out safe. My god family is there and luckily got out but two houses were lost. My god sister is a teacher in Lahaina and got the school she teaches at to open up the auditorium for people to come and stay while they organize everything. Much love from San Diego and mahalo ❤

definitely get a space set up intended for disaster and have a ready to go bag now that you know how fast things can change. Theres lists online that tell you everything you should get like water, a weather radio so you can know whats going on when you dont have any power etc ( you can charge them by cranking a handle i think)
