I would also like to see more advanced hammock tutorials! I see those really confusing hammock moves on insta and when I try them I'm hopeless 🤦and have no idea what I'm doing. I know a channel called aerial yoga app that has instructions on advanced moves, which were quite good but I would still love to see Coco show her own.

You know you can do the roll that you do at 4:50 to get out of the "Unicorn" as well? You end up back in what you call "standard" (pose at 4:45) without having to do that awkward release of the foot, which tends to be much too snappy for my liking on most people.
