You throw your spins so damn fast, Idk if it's a strength/muscle issue or technique. Can't wait for a future video on this topic.

Added to the list! It definitely is technique and muscle memory. Strength is a factor but a good spin technique is 75% of it

Thanks Don/Missy! I ride a unicycle with many custom parts. Mismatch of my favourite stuff. I’m actually planning on making a video soon on this. My unicycle is a custom steel frame from Jakob Flansberry and I ride a 20” BMX rim along with 110mm Kris Holm Moment cranks. And my saddle is the new Exceed Carbon Fiber saddle

I actually use a lazy sidejump mount a lot as a regular mount, just really like the feel of it. Im also doing a lot of cavemans now, running up a hubba and doing a big caveman gets fun reactions in the park!

I feel that ^^ The side jump mount feels really casual but also cool. I do it pretty frequently. And cavemans I always condone 👍 They're so fun to throw down but also just easy enough to mess around with. Thanks for the comment Wout :)

Every thursday is like a Christmas eve, can't wait to see what Jack left under youtube page for me. My all time favourite mount is one crank inspin (mount on one crank, balance for a sec and inspin from there). I think it looks cool done walking into it, and also kinda lazy since you can have one hand in a pocket.

That makes me super flattered to hear Pavel 😊Always feels good to hear these things! I do like that mount too, it is a lazy mount, but looks really cool. Feels kinda badass too. I like walking briskly into that one

Great video. I’d love to see how creative people can get with the mounts. A 360° pickup, caveman saddle spin, suicide caveman? My skate brain is going to work! thanks for helping me understand and appreciate unicycling a little bit more a video at a time ❤️

Jack can you do the leg wrap mount from the "pedal". I believe this is slightly harder, because you don't have as much seat clearance. Also, having your foot on pedal always creates more instability. Although if the pedal is at 6 o'clock it will have natural stability. I'm currently working on a free mount that is basically a "reverse" leg wrap but with my start position on the pedal.

I love top 10 videos I think they do really good to our sport! Even when I think that Chris Huriwais did an awesome job sometimes the new unicycle people just never watched it and also everyone has their own top 10 and that makes it even more fun! By the way my favorite is the flip mount :D
@jacksebbenunicyclist
@jacksebbenunicyclist 2 жыл бұрын
Thanks Fabi! I always liked the format of a good TOP 10 video myself. I think unicycling needs more variety with in it. I know that if the sport is to get bigger there'll need to be some overlap in content. Plus it's fun to watch different riders and their different ideas on tricks. Flip mount is a pretty fun one.

Hello! Thank you for the video, i have been doing unicycle for 3 years. When I do free mount i always have to idle several couple of times before being able to go forward and it makes me lose a lot of time. When you are doing free mount, your first foot on the pedal doesn't move at all. Could you explain how to do it ? Thank you!
