It's 100% intentional, which I think is good. Inquisitors are supposed to look intimidating but they're failed jedi. Intentionally mass produced by the empire so that they're expendable. This guy looking badass and then instantly dying the moment he has to fight an actual Jedi is exactly how it should be.

It's a shame, that he cannot be considered the main antagonist of 'Tales of the Jedi'. Also because the miniseries doesn't seem to have a primary villain.

You know what? Since they did 'Tales of the Jedi' and 'Tales of the Empire', I hope they'll make 'Tales of the Republic' and 'Tales of the Sith' sooner or later. For a fact of "opposites" more than anything else (Jedi-Sith and Republic-Empire). I don't know if I get the idea.

He definitely is Kaleesh. I think the dark side corruption gives him red sith eyes instead of yellow sith eyes since his specifies already have yellow eyes (i.e. grievous)
