This quick and fun 30 minute reformer class uses one single hand weight to add some spice to our routine. It's suitable for all levels and challenges coordination and control with exercises using one strap and one weight working both arms at the same time, but totally differently! We'll work lots of arms and abdominals as well as some lower body lunges and scooters to get a balanced workout.
