He's arguably the strongest player in the league right now. Being that strong means he's usually performing at 70 to 80% exertion rate relative to other players so he'll rarely get injured. Exerting oneself 100% all the time is one way to get injured. Being stronger things just seem easier so less effort!

Irvin Mutonkole it's quite simple do this stay healthy and enjoy life or skimp and potentially get injured and be rehabbing for months, as well as once he's retired he could be healthy and really enjoy life or be one of the ex NBA players with knee replacements struggling to walk up stairs

WalruZ0 do you know how rare it is for someone with his size frame and his career length to be as healthy as him and have no major injury? It's outrages, he's obviously doing something right, also most NBA players suffer extremely debilitating arthritis in the knees as well as other deteriorating health problems so if this can help him stay healthy into retirement then this is totally worth it.

@@prepare4storms807 LeBron is actaully not only super humanly athletic..but he also has supreme durability, and he his mentality and will are super strong... Most peple probably would have broke down or went through depression of they went through the type of scrutiny, and villainy that peple put on LeBron but yet he's never been caught in a scandal and has always positive. Plus LeBron is super smart with a photographic memory and supreme IQ...he still remember basketball plays from decades ago and can recall the exact same sequences from 1000 games ago as if he just played that game yesterday... That's superhuman if you ask me...all of the top basketball players had some sort of special work ethic, drive, and obsessive competitive nature to be the best...like MJ and Kobe. You don't get that high up in the game unless you are supremely smart in your area of sports and you work harder than everyone else...
