Hello. Yes I have been wanting to do some more of those in depth look at the cars and locomotives. I am working as a full time passenger car mechanic as we speak. I don't have much free time right now but that will change pretty soon. I am pretty sure I will be doing a mechanical look at the SD40T-2 in the near future. It should be a good video as I will be showing how we test and measure different things like wheels and pistons. I know my channel has been pretty dead the last year or so but there will be some good stuff coming this year. I think in the next month or so I will be doing a video/ fundraiser on a rare G8 diesel locomotive where I open the doors and talk about everything.

Thats great news tom l am going to Lincoln Technical school to become a Diesel Engine mechanic mostly heavy equipment in the farm and construction do love trains to to apply to some outfits but very hard to get into that line of work applied to ivyland P.A in New Hope P.A but have not heard word thanks again cant wait to see the videos

Around 40 MPH. Loaded hazmat cars can only go 50.

It was pretty flat. I don't think they were in dynamic braking.
