Unique Hyundai Elevator - Museum Mandiri, Jakarta, ID

The only working, modern day elevator in the museum. This replaced the previous historic 1930s Starlift elevator but they kept the old door frames and swing door, complete with the old Dutch word "Begane Grond" which means ground floor. Probably replaced in the early 2000s judging by the look of it.
Car interior is the same like the old Starlift in the main hall, they did this to make the elevator feels "tempoe doeloe" (old times). Other than that, it's just a typical early 2000s Hyundai elevator like you would find anywhere in Indonesia.

Still, I won't encourage you or anyone else to go into the restricted areas to avoid getting into trouble. We were just lucky enough that none of the staff caught us when we were there.

It's possible that this was installed when the bank moved out to another building and converted it into a museum in the late 1990s based on several online sources. My best guess would be between 1999 and early 2000s.
