That’s a dream pantry for sure. I love the European aesthetic as well as the color choices. The floor is stunning. I think it’s great to include the laundry space in this utility area. You are right. It is controversial. I could never have food and dishes next to the washer and dryer. Washer and dryers just blows air and comes with dust and lint. I would want them separated. Very beautiful though.

I'm loving your new home. The lockers are perfect and flooring adds a cozy richness. The touches of the black metal doors add a little jewel to the room, I might make the small door next to the washer solid, just because laundry bottles are yucky. Absolutely love this space. So far I think it’s my favorite space. Dont get me wrong I absolutely love everything you’ve done on this home but this space really is special. The layout, design, colors, flooring with the ceiling details 🤌🏼Could you clarify a couple things for me? I was trying to compare but sometimes with lighting it’s hard to tell in videos. Are the lockers painted Pavestone and all the cabinetry in pantry area painted Morris room gray? I was trying to compare at the doorway/pass through if the side of the lockers looked darker than the side of the washer & dry cabinet panel on the other side of the doorway. Also could you tell me what color of white are the walls? Absolutely stunning!

Oh thank you!! I am so happy you love it. And you are correct that the mudroom lockers are different. They’re actually a stain so the wood grain shows through - which I love! It doesn’t show up well on video for some reason, but we basically used Farrow & Ball Treron and made a stain out of it so it’s a little more washed out. Then the pantry cabinets are solid finish in the Morris Room Grey! I forgot to go over that in the video but should have! And the walls are Ben Moore China White all throughout the house. I’ll try and do a paint color video soon! Xoxo

Love the design and style but don’t love the stacked washer dryer in the butlers pantry area, ….folding area, storage for laundry products? Seems very odd. Would prefer a separate laundry room for the mess? Where do the dirty clothes go? With all this space, there should be a well designed space for put clean clothes baskets to transport, drying racks, closets to hang for ironing. Looks pretty but not practical.
