Interval sprints training son... it speeds up your recovery after sprints for matches , I do this twice a week , best fitness exercise💯💯
@HKspec0096 жыл бұрын
I play fullback and the best advice I can give is to push yourself. Always go a bit more and try and get used to feeling what it's like to be out of breath. It sounds weird but through months of training and even training after training, such as doing sprints, laps, or even playing with friends, you'll increase your stamina.

Why am I here? I already have a lot of speed. (Don’t destroy me in the comments please, I’m just making a statement). But I should still train my speed just to get a tad bit faster, so when I do become a Pro footballer I would still have my pace. And for those of you who are slow just keep practicing. I saw a saying once, (I think it’s from Bruce Lee, not to sure). The saying goes like this, “I do not fear the man that does 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who does 1 kick 10,000 times.” So in other words don’t just train for 5 hours 1 time in a week by not pushing yourself. But train 30 minutes a day and push yourself to the best of your abilities.

How to shoot Harder??
@StarboyAce76 жыл бұрын
Hassan Niazi oh thanks mate
@StarboyAce76 жыл бұрын
Bjørn Skovgaard Jepsen Just touch your foot and the higher up you get the denser and harder the bone gets. So to kick harder you would first need to point your standing foot towards your target. use the top of your foot, or you can find your own sweet spot around that area. Next look over the ball and arch your chest a little bit, doing this would not make your shot fly over the bar. Also lift your opposite arm up for balance when you shoot. If it’s a stationary ball or moving ball, you would need to take around 3 to 4 HUGE steps towards the ball as this would generate some power. But to get the power you need you need a huge back swing. So as you take your last step make it a huge one so your backswing can be huge to generate a lot of power. When you are following through swing your leg towards your target and then move your leg to the side, as well as your arm. So for e.g. if you are right footed swing your right foot to the left and left arm to the right. Continue to keep your head down until the ball leaves your foot. P.S. Strike the middle of the ball. So this is how you get power. Also put your standing foot close to the ball, about 6 inches. If anyone else has any questions leave it in the comment section below
