Was on this aircraft the other day from Chicago O Hare to Rapid City Regional and as we were taxing the PTU Started going crazy and had an Engine Hung Start as we were taxing on the runway before takeoff after a 45min delay due to mechanical issues.

Oh wow! I personally think that United's old and antiquated A320 and A319s are in desperate need for a retrofit, I know there is already one planned but United hasn't done much to work on it. I flew on their A320 a few months back (video on that in the fall) and it was just as bad as their A319.

@@idxluaviation It was an A319 from 2006. I also agree with you. These older A319 A320 needs to be retrofitted or something. Plus I don't why the PTU would bark during takeoff and during the descent as well.
