I LOVE my African roots. I am so Blessed and thankful for it. We are extremely talented, creative and resourceful. The African music is also very awesome.

It turned out so much better than I imagined it would. I thought with it being paper and all, that it would look elementary, but you really amazed me. Magnificent!!!

now i know how to make weaving project. :)
@UnitedArtAndEd11 жыл бұрын
Hi LittleMissPlush! You can, of course, use any paper that is cut into even strips. Hygloss has a very convenient pack of pre-cut 3/4 x 16" weaving strips that are all ready to go! You can find them on our website by searching for HY-15781. Have fun!

are weaving strips constructin paper
@UnitedArtAndEd8 жыл бұрын
No, the weaving strips we used are lighter and thinner than construction paper, more like bond paper. www.unitednow.com/product/13499/hygloss-weaving-strips.aspx

what do you do with these when your finished making them?
@UnitedArtAndEd9 жыл бұрын
+Michelle Stutzman They make great wall hangings! Or a cool table runner, as long as they were placed where they wouldn't get wet.
@SpiritBear128 жыл бұрын
Have them laminated at Staples and you could use them for place mats.

We think this is great for any elementary-aged child. Weaving is great for teaching patterning, as well as eye-hand coordination.

Can i make it 10 only
@UnitedArtAndEd7 жыл бұрын
You can use any amount of strips that you would like. If you make it an even number, however, you won't have the same color on each end, like we do, since you're alternating colors.
