Maybe a dumb idea. the one thats reviewing the 3 starters can not make a single sound the moment they see the pokemon. if they do the other gets the best of the 3. so the chooser must pick blindly. you can have up to 3 skips. but the reviewer is not allowed to say or make any noice at all or the other gets the best of the 3.

The only explanation would be if shady ran an adamant nature without max speed investment, probably around 200 instead of 252
