@Diewott1 If it takes over a year to make a claim, your guy is probably bribed. The AI can just do that. It's the same decision you can make when you find out someone is fabricating a claim. You won't get a notification and the chancellor basically spends his time eating peasant ass and laughing at you for sending him on paid vacation
