The empire is one of my most favorite factions in warhammer fantasy and I never really understood the role of Sigmar in all of it until I did a bit more research. The warhammer fantasy world is truly one of my favorite things in the whole of fantasy.

@@thegametroll6264 Oh please, people focus on the setting as if it was actually a well-written story. The setting existed, first and foremost, to sell little toy soldiers. It stopped selling those toys over a decade ago in a steady terminal decline until GW relaunched it with a new one. It makes for fantastic lore videos and a stellar Total War game, but as someone who dipped my toes into it during 8th and switched to AoS afterwards, it really wasn't all that. The setting still exists, and that was the best part of it.

The kingdoms of men are truly some of the most interesting in the lore. I cant wait for all the additional legendary lords and heroes and sfo for warhammer 3, combine that with ovn lost factions and some additional legendary units. This will truly be an exspansive game series.

Empire is 100% receiving a Ulric themed DLC in game three, but you will have to wait years (first dlc's will all be for game 3 factions). Likely an Ar-Ulric dlc lord and proper Boris as a free update

Really hope CA release Middenland as a pack. Emil Valgeir the Ar-Ulric as a LL, knights of the White Wolf, Teutogen Guard, Warrior Priest of Ulric hero, Boris made as full LL with Knights Panther. Middenheim should be given a unique settlement aesthetic with a usable Ulric’s Thunder (cannon) used like a black ark barrage call in when in proximity to Middenheim. Middenheim should have it’s own battle map too.
