Last ramadan i nearlly practiced this breathing technique for 25 days while fasting, Today I'm fasting and i just finished the breathing technique before breaking the fast, i cannot tell you the regenerative effect that this had on my soul and body, and most importantly i'm feeling more and more confident to admit to myself that I have gained more mental clarity.
