What exactly are you interested in? If it's the theory of world design, then my game isn't that complex, but Mark Brown has excellent videos on world design in games like Dark Shouls or Metroid 1.

Im sorry i phrased the question wrongly, i meant using a tileset or a sprite of a map for the character to walk on.
