Thanks for this informative video. Had one query, is it possible to install the modern sink, if i already have a wall faucet? Is it possible to switch to the counter faucet?

Yes, it is possible but require civil work. Plumber needs to take all the piping from top to under the counter-top. You have to fill the space where previous faucet was installed. So, I usually don't recommend this much civil changes. Please consider all the hustle and expanses before doing it..
