+SpaceMountainLarry No they did not, the trains 501-534 that were manufactured from 1988-1993 have Westinghouse DC motors and the trains 535-604 that were manufactured in 1995-1997 have General Electric AC motors.

Actually, cars 501-530 are Westinghouse DC and 531-604 are GE AC.

Technically, the green line goes to a station on Aviation Blvd. that has a shuttle to LAX, and you can catch the Flyaway bus at one of the orange line stations to LAX. There is no link to the Burbank airport.

@@davidp2707 @Mich050 homelessness and public transit access are two seperate issues that should be addressed separately. You can have subway lines like this that are clean and free of scary looking people if you supply housing and services to the homeless.
