Hello! Silicone or graphite powder seems to work well. Take your time and work it into the key and work it back and forth. It should remedy the problem. If not it could be a key that is not cut properly or a mechanical issue. You may have to uninstall it and return it. Please let us know what happened. We hope this helps you.

Nope, won’t work, neither do the instructions that come with my Universal Hardware door knob, which says to pry open with a screw driver. This company needs to have the hurt $$ put on them in a major public way. They know the grief they put people through.
