At 24:00, what size socket you using for the nut and bolt for the hinge? 28mm? It’s just barely over an inch enough that my socket doesn’t fit, but it’s like 27.5mm with my calipers.

I can’t remember off the top my head but probably 28mm

Love the DIY kit on your website. Do you have plans and a kit for a 2.5 inch receiver hitch?

I don’t for 2.5 but it’s should be very similar just got go with a larger tube than the 2x2 I spec out. Can as you what the actual inside measurement is for a 2.5 receiver hitch. I could probably make a custom one off. Feel free to reach my by email on the contact page on my website. 🦾

Hi there! Very much interested but newer to welding. Seems like 1/4” is the thickest material being used, in your estimation would a 120v mig welder be sufficient? Love the videos and thanks for your time

Hi, in all honesty I don’t think a 120v welder will be adequate for 1/4” thick material. I think to make it somewhat work is to preheat the material prior to welding if you want to make it somewhat work. If you can try to get a bigger unit with the amps to support the material thickness
