I never seen a man like this on the court, this guy is a true legend no doubt. Theres no one like him, you can't compare him to NOBODY. You understand right, KOBE IS WHERE AMAZING HAPPENS, When Kobe retires the jersey numbers 8 and 24 should be retired for every team.

@Mike1122.4 жыл бұрын
LYD Feddy no sorry, Kobe could take his offense to a higher gear than MJ. Don’t give me speculation just facts, Kobe scored 81 points and was still fresh afterward. Kobe outscored an entire team through 3 quarters 62/61 and took himself out the entire 4th quarter. Jordan was a great scorer but his scoring had a cap, his best scoring game ever was 69 points and it took him overtime to get that.

People don’t understand that Kobe was the best offensive player on the court every single game he played in when healthy. Mixed with a will to just take your heart. Deadly combination. Prime Kobe was scary good. When they say it takes a while team to win that may be true in terms of titles but I’ve seen Kobe win games on his own. Defense literally had no answer for him. His game was poetic but there was still and angry aggression about him. And he’d verbally let you k ow that there wasn’t a thing you could do to stop him.

I understand that Michael Jordan is the Greatest ever and Kobe(My favorite player ever) is his successor which is a great thing. But let's not be quick to say MJ is the greatest scorer ever and he's not nor Kobe. It's Wilt Chamberlain! This man averaged 50 point a game an entire season. Also scored 100 points in a single game without 3s. Which is very important to know because you can have someone like Klay Thompson who will make 11 3s(9 in the 3rd qtr) and a couple other shots to get 38 points in one quarter. Had Kobe played in MJ era, he might've been better on the count of his ability to shoot 3s and underrated ball handling and passing skills. Kobe really modeled his game after many greats not just Jordan but Magic Bird Baylor Kareem West and Big O. Now it's pretty obvious that Kobe copies Jordan on the court but if you think about it, it's the same thing kids do(including myself years ago) while on the court I'd do a move and think I'm Kobe. And I'm sure Kobe thinks he's Jordan on the court and there's nothing wrong with that. Whatever helps you be great, use it!

+Chris Brathwaite how do you explain 7'1 walter dukes, 7'3 swede halbrook, & 7'0" mel counts all played in the 60's like wilt , why weren't they scoring 100 or averaging 50 in a season? didn't they face the same 6'6 centers like bill russell, walt bellamy, willis reed or nate thurman?...oh wait, were they 6'6 or 6'10 & 6'11"?
@seanbrennan54349 жыл бұрын
+Xylem Cohen lol he shot 49% the year he scored 50ppg, thats not even that great if ur comparing to other centers. if shaq wouldve averaged 50 shots per game he wouldve scored more than wilt. thats just simple math.
