I think they were both victims of satanic ritual murder, due to the timing. Between April 15 and May 1st (Beltane, also known as Walpurgis) is a very heavy time for satanic activity. While the 2nd boy disappeared several days before the 15th, they could have abducted him and held him against his will until they were ready to do whatever they may have done to him. I also get the distinct feeling that the police were in on both deaths. There's nothing that says cops cannot be involved in satanic activity.

I dont think this is that mysterious men over drinking then going near water to relieve themselves then slip in drop the phone shouut in panic has the current takes em over its sad but i think that answers alot more without jumping to serial killer or supernatural that would be very rare serial killers arent super common especially ones with the same m.o. across the world

Out drinking, disappearing, mysterious phone call with nothing but otherworldly howls, found dead with no wounds in a body of water, suspicious police/community activity. Whatever happened to these two young men is the same thing that happened to Henry McCabe. It makes me wonder how many other cases there are like this. Fun fact, you can drop electronics into water and they should short circuit, but won't have their components irreparably damaged... most of the time. It's when you apply an additional, external source of electrical current while the device is wet that will fry it. So you can pretty much dunk a laptop into the water and as long as you don't try powering it up or putting in a charger it will be fine once it completely dries.

Dan never fell into the river. I believe he was abducted, killed, and then dumped into the river at a much later date. The whole scenario screams foul play to me and I think the authorities know much more than they’re telling. This sort of case happens all the damn time. It also never ceases to amaze me how law enforcement will go to such great lengths to not do their jobs and to come up with completely implausible conclusions that don’t match the current evidence. I hope his family gets the closure they desperately deserve.

It never ceases to amaze me how this channel continually glosses over the lifestyles and behaviours of those that disappear and continually point the finger at the authorities, as if it's the authorities that are responsible for the ridiculous antics these people get up to when out of their faces on drugs. Of course, the families of these people immediately blame the authorities themselves instead of facing hard facts about the behaviours of the children they raised. And of course, there was never a conscious decision to get drunk/drugged up, it was always down to 'spiked drinks' as if clubs are full of people wasting good money on pouring drugs into the drinks of complete strangers for no apparent reason.

@@nelsaf365 You can scream during a seizure, but not speak. Well, there are types of seizures that don't disturb your ability to speak, but they don't disturb your ability to move either, so they wouldn't really cause you to fall into a river. Anyway, if he fell in due to a seizure, I don't think he'd have made such clear statements. During that kind of seizure, your vocalizations are more like gasps and groans. It's called an ictal cry. The vocalizations can be really loud, as your diaphragm and other torso muscles rapidly contract and spasm, sucking in a bunch of air or expelling it. You wouldn't be able to move your vocal cords and tongue and lips in the complex motions required to make words or even do a normal "scream." I think what we see as a scream is actually a relatively complex vocalization. The groans and gasps I'm thinking of are much simpler, it's like the simplest noise you can make, just "uhhh" haha. I've had myoclonic seizures myself and this exact kind of thing has happened to me. Vocalization is rare but on a few occasions it caused my back and torso to flex and made me loudly groan. Though myoclonus is not nearly as threatening as grand mal seizures, the main type of seizure capable of making you fall, my understanding is that it has basically the same physiological effects as myoclonus, only longer and potentially more severe. So you'd have even worse fine motor control during a grand mal seizure. With that said, I would like to propose another hypothesis. Some people with epilepsy can sense when they are about to have a seizure, because the seizure is preceded by certain familiar symptoms, like a sense of anticipation, tingling, stars or flickering in the visual field, headache, all kinds of things really. If you've had 10 seizures and they were all preceded by 30 seconds of those same symptoms, then you'd quickly learn to associate those symptoms with seizures, and if you experienced those symptoms again, you'd immediately interpret them as a harbinger of seizure, and start panicking. And this pre-seizure syndrome is not itself a seizure, so you'd still have intact fine motor control. You'd be able to make some quick preparations for the seizure, for example. You'd be able to warn the people near you and explain what's about to happen. For most people, seizures come on abruptly without warning, so this is a minority of sufferers, but it's still pretty common. Idk the exact statistics but you hear about it quite a lot. So it's not outside the realm of possibility that he felt a seizure coming on and started screaming in anticipation. Still, it's a bit of a stretch. If there was an easy mundane explanation for these cases, they wouldn't get so much attention online. At least to my mind, these cases really cry out for a supernatural, paranormal explanation. The presence of GHB is weird for sure. It obviously points more in the direction of homicide. But humans would not be able to abduct someone without making a sound or leaving a trace, nor would they be able to dump a body in a river that's being actively searched for bodies without anybody noticing. You'd think a human with this level of mastery over the murderous arts, who's able to silently abduct a man while he's on the phone, would just bury the bodies in the woods, or completely disintegrate the bodies. Someone could just drain the blood into a toilet, cook all the flesh to feed to a dog or throw away, crush and grind all the bones into powder and flush them down the toilet. Only the bones are really recognizable as human, and those can be ground into dust. And there are plenty of other disposal methods. Point being, if you had the ability to commit such a perfect murder, why would you dump the body in a river that's already being searched/surveilled by the police? The fact that the body was found in the river does point to accidental drowning, but there's so much else that points away from it. So when I hear these stories, the image that appears in my mind is demons or aliens or some kind of malevolent supernatural entity. I can't wrap my head around that either, but it's just the only image that fits all the data points.

I never understand why they use "the legal driving limit" as a threshold. That does not mean a lot of alcohol. The whole point of the legal driving limit is that it is low, and you aren't drunk. It's not illegal to have that much alcohol, it's only illegal to drive past that limit, which again, is very intentionally a low threshold.

Binged every episode, more than once.. really helped me get through early quarantine days. And yeah, it really is eery as hell. And the whole bodies always turning up any areas where they've already thoroughly searched multiple times, is just... Well, to say it's a weird / creepy would be a massive understatement. This channel, Beyond creepy and Bob Gymlan are without a doubt my favorite KZbin channels. A lot of it is actual documented cases, but yeah, if you're into mini UFO and alien sightings / experiences, strange cryptid personal experiences, other paranormal stuff, timeslip/reality shifts, etc, Beyond creepy is beyond ANY doubt, the ABSOLUTE best channel of its kind. Bob Gymlan is pretty much about sasquatch/bigfoot stuff, if you're into that. He looks at it all critically and quite analytically.. he's actually super credible... watching his stuff makes me feel far less of a weirdo/nut job for believing or at the very least believing in the POSSIBILITY of sasquatch. Seen many comments on this channel from people saying they were complete skeptics, but just from watching many of his videos, they became very open to the idea/ possibility. Know you didn't ask, but figured since you are as much of a fan of this channel as I am, I might as well mention those 2. The missing enigma is a pretty good channel, too.. Yes they absolutely find water in the lungs if someone drowns. A lot of these cases the person is found in bodies of water with no water in their lungs and the cause of death is unknown. There's another case exactly like the first case in this video, and the man's name was Henry mccabe. He was out drinking with his friends just like Dan and after drinking throughout the night there was a point of separation from his friends just like with Dan and the friends for some reason left henry at a closed gas station in the middle of the night without his keys or wallet, even though they described him as being very intoxicated... He still had his phone now and called his wife twice but she was sleeping and he left her two horrific voicemails, the police released parts of the voicemails you can find them if you search for Henry McCabe's voicemails on KZbin, henrys wife describes the voicemails the same way Dan's mother described the phone call, there was howling and screaming and at points he was crying but there was no other background noise and no other voices for the duration of the voicemails.... When they eventually found Henry's body he was also found in a body of water but yet he had no water in his lungs and he had no wounds, no obvious signs of trauma and nothing to indicate why he was screaming or howling or crying and those voicemails

Actually I'm sorry I just looked up the case I was talking about and it oddly says the exact same thing. It says "Henry McCabe's likely cause of death was fresh water drowning". Extremely strange bc these 2 cases are the only times I've ever heard "likely cause of death". When someone drowns it's obvious so I don't understand this. I also just read that in other parts of the voicemail he claims to have been involved in an altercation and was shot but when his body was found there were no gunshot wounds. kzbin.infoUgkx62o9MEbEcqsW4dQiA_TJikmMyVCka0FC

They can’t possibly comprehend what happened without knowing what a fishing pole and lure are.

If a person drowns in a fast flowing river and get wedged into under rocks and branches, the force of the water keeps them wedged until the gases from decomposition causes the body to rise. The 2nd case, there were lawsuits, rumors and allegations made about student abuse at that school… it’s a Catholic school, with a church on the grounds, with a full clerical staff… so you know where I’m going. But also student on student. Other true crime channels have brought this point up, because apparently some of the students were investigating and made it sound like the missing student was part of this group and “knew something” and that’s the real reason he was disposed of. Rumors and Allegations I said!

The first case with the person screaming and or howling. I wonder if he suffered a very severe concussion? I had a child who did and at times would have ungodly screams every 3-5 minutes and she couldn’t talk during this time until we brought her in to the hospital where they were able to get her pain under control. Finally after a hour or so she started talking a little. It was crazy that her pain was so bad she couldn’t talk at all.

It's incredible that so many of these young men (and they're almost always men) find themselves separated from the friends they were with at the club as well as being ejected from the venue. If they weren't causing any disturbance and 90% of the time they're not, why were they kicked out? And if this young guy's mother was able to contact him on the phone, why didn't he answer the phone when (I assume) his friends tried to contact him? Better still, why didn't he call his friend as soon as he found himself outside so he could let them know where he was?

Many of these missing & murdered individuals are encountering something I think might stretch the limits of our imaginations. Are we even dealing with a human culprit in some of these cases? When a person is under attack, it tends to come out in their language: “Stop/Who are you/Stop touching me/Take my wallet/Leave me alone”. Instead, an unearthly howl, and no sound at all from the attacker. The best answer is usually not the paranormal one, but there are too many uncomfortable questions. (Listened to the entire Henry McCabe voice mail. One of the few pieces of audio I’ve ever heard that induced goose-bumps and chills)😢

Abducted, abused and then thrown into the water. A complete coverup or lazy police because so many are actually being killed in this way in USA and UK with many, many missing cases and they are neglecting to recruit more officers for the missing and murdered and truth rarely is being heard in these cases too. I wondered if the families actually saw the torso of the bodies after death and it calls out to me foul play. The family was right to question this because both men were afraid and in fear.. what would make one feel so much fear in there situation. I hope the families find answers. I also would like to add that if one is in fear they would not howl but just scream and swear and the howl could well of been something that was actually abusing him.. shock trauma/scared to death also kills yet often is not detected. So sad yet i would want to see the body for too many cases like this are covered up. My conclusion is, 'he among many others had been scared to death.

Both cases are very sad! It seems like both men were frightened to death by something, whether real or imagined. Supposedly, GHB affects o nly last about 12 hours. I suppose it would be possible they would fear people looking for them. Every one responds to drugs differently, especially with alcohol. It's possible that some rare interaction occurred, leavingvthem un able reason or even suffer anesthesia? They may have entered the water and successfuly got down the river a ways.... but honestly it is far more likely that they were drugged for a reason? Or there would have been more persons affected those nights.

No trace of her until she, Well, washed up 2 or 3 years later in the same lake she vanished from, dead oc. It was in the City of Rodgau, the woman went missing 2017 and resurfaced 2021. I think wherever under water she was, there was not much oxygen, so the body didnt decompose very much. For some reason, after a few years oxygen reached the body and the decomposition began, thus, she resurfaced. The employees were quite shoked, oc, especually because she went missing under mysterious circumstances (her stuff was still lying on the beach, no one saw her leaving etc.) IMHO most of the missing 411 are in some Kind of body of water.

Both were pretty vocal about the OG investigators for not doing more thorough investigation, nothing should get resolved right on the scene, certainly not before coroners report and final look at the evidence. I'm a Minnesota native and about 3-5 drunk university students end up dead in the Mississippi river every year in winter. The river mostly freezes over in the winter, but the ice is thin and unsafe to walk on. In addition to that danger the river currents under the ice will pull you under it so you can't get air, the water currents are very dangerous, even in summer. And that's not even talking about how cold it is. There's always been a lot of speculation about these deaths. Mostly, they're thought to be accidents but it's obvious that some are suicide or worse.

@@markpettie681 Ok, so if it was a normal river you might be right, but it isn't a normal river it's the Mississippi. The Mississippi has notoriously bad currents and eddys. Basically, the current will drag a person under, drown them, and then dump the body into a swirling eddy on the bottom or side of the river. Bodies have been found months later less than a mile from where they entered the water, it's just that the current held them under the water and made it too dangerous to search the River. I'm not letting the cops off the hook entirely. As mentioned in my other post the twin cities are notoriously crime ridden and the police are overwhelmed on a good day. However, if they can't find where he entered the water and can't find any evidence of wrongdoing what else should they do? He may well have deliberately done it to himself or been pushed, but with no actual evidence they have to rule it an accident.
