Ingredients :
300 g ground almonds (3 cups)
70 grams of icing sugar (½ cup)
1 pinch of salt
Zest of 2 oranges
Juice of 1 orange
1 tablespoon of date syrup
1 egg white
Icing sugar

These cookies look so delicious! Thank you for sharing this lovely recipe💗 Love that they're gluten and dairy free. Will be making a vegan version of them by replacing the egg white with 2 tablespoons of Aquafaba (chickpea water from a can of unsalted chickpeas). Easy peasy substitute, and I'm sure it will be just as delicious, and cruelty free too. Yum 🙂😋💚🌿

Très bonne recette. Attention j'ai du utiliser 600g d'amande au lieu des 300g. Mon orange trop juteuse et mon œuf trop gros. La prochaine fois, je rajouterai le jus à la fin jusqu'à obtenir la bonne consistance. Merci de cette recette parfaite pour les gens allergiques au lactose et au gluten 🙏
