Now that being said, we see after the fact the charge was changed because I am assuming the trespass didn't exist or was removed when the charges were dropped last time, THAT is a problem. Be it a failure to remove notice in a system or blatant disregard either way a problem. On the surface though, it appears to be "fine" but I doubt we will ever get the full story of what really happened or if there was a trespass in the system etc.

If you are committing felonies or violent crime in the space, a judge can make a special trespass order where arrangements will be made if you need to pay for a ticket or something.
