@tylinbrando56722 ай бұрын
Private businesses are better for content and education of the masses. Those are the interactions 90% of us deal with every day and it is crucial we understand our rights in those situations. The idea, is to stop every day citizens from being ignorant of the Constitution, which a large majority are. Don’t disperse false information however. AP is the absolute GOAT when it comes to visiting PUBLIC properties. He has likely visited more USPS offices than any other auditor on KZbin. The swift increase in his and his son’s subscribers without a weekly upload are strong proof. My post was not to detract from Sean’s channel nor pump up AP. Rather, it was to highlight that all auditors contribute to a broad language we all should be embracing. Pleased that you knew what I was speaking of and were compelled to respond. That means the larger movement, which will not be accomplished by just one of us, is actually having an affect.
@corralescoyoteАй бұрын
I know Amagansett says that phrase, and I applaud him for using it. He and his son have delightful channels, usually showcasing fun folks, with a few hairy Karen moments here and there. I don’t think he deserves credit for originating it, though. College kids have had that on posters in their dorm rooms for at least a few decades. It’s tough to pin down the origin of it, but it’s definitely a great sentiment. ✌️

The problem with junk piling up at prisons is because they can't auction it or sell it directly. There are a couple prisons in my hometown in upstate NY and after my father retired he contracted with them to remove all scrap metal of any kind. He didn't pay them and they didn't pay him because he saved the state the cost of disposing of it. For instance when they got rid of electric fans with metal blades because the inmates were making weapons of them the COs cut the cords on every fan and the inmates loaded them into my fathers truck and he sold them for scrap. Maybe some enterprising person can contact the dep of corrections and inquire about something similar.

@garyjarvis27302 ай бұрын
You don't want to know how much stuff goes out the back door. The staff in these places steal anything not bolted down and are usually the source of all the contraband going into the facility. Many have gone to requiring staff to have a single clear tot for anything they bring with them to work. In bad facilities even the staff goes through detectors.
