A good upgrade is change the pressure relief to the red 2.5 bar and replace the gauge with a 0-30psi gauge. Works incredibly well with 2 litre pet bottles and a soda pop top with a couple of kegland ball locks. Liquid on top with a pick up tube. I'll daisy chain two or three to take with me. To fill just do a normal transfer.

How would you fill the Soda stream container?

I've seen adapters that let you fill a sodastream co2 tank with a standard co2 tank but we don't sell them. Most places that sell the soda stream co2 tanks (like us) will exchange empty ones for full ones. This usually costs $10-15. Cheers

I have a mini keg that has the regulator and tap all in one and a place to screw in the 16g of C02. I want to use a 60L instead so how would I connect to the female 3/8 24 hole where the 16g screws in?

I think they make adapters to screw a paintball tank into a sodastream so you should be able to adapt one to this in that case.

It has one minor problem. If you are using a pet keg or normal keg filled and being carbonated. If the soda stream drops below keg pressure beer will flow backwards if in contact with liquid in normal keg. The pet will crumple and start back flow until pressure equalizes. Just need to watch pressures and change tanks when needed.
