@Jessica 7 - Manifest by Jess I've read that second person 'You' meditations should be done at night before/during sleep, and that first person 'I' meditations should be done in the morning, as more of an affirmation... How about a 4/4 Hour mix of You/I sleep meditations, wherein you change from the 'You' to the 'I' after the first half so the mind might subconsciously program the words into rewired, personal thoughts during that subtle transition in the brain? I think it's brilliant if I may say so myself! 😊

Instead of saying “my body is in perfect health”, would that be better for the subconscious to have the affirmation “my body is perfectly healthy “? Just because of the “ in perfect/ imperfect” phonological ambiguity. Stay well and much love ❤️.
