Ladies and gentleman I had a blast making g this video! I’ve had so much fun sharing all my circuits,EMOMS, flows, grinds ect with you! I’m so grateful that I’m able to add some kind of value or support to you all!! I look forward to learning more about editing and filming because I have so many ideas just havnt figured out how to bring them to life lol! great video as always.. joe is solid...but yes, he got a bit of stick about the technique of his cleans when using his gorilla kettlebells once.. i normally exercise of a mon, wed, and friday, but had to do tuesday, last night, and tonight... last night i did - 3x10 Deadlifts @ 56kg kettlebell (48kg + 8kg strapped on), supersetted with 8 single hand rows @ 32kg kettlebell and fat gripz 3x10 narrow grip Lat pull down resistance band @395lb (3 second hold at bottom), supersetted with 15 second ring support hold, suppersetted with 10 second farmer grip @ 48kg kettlebell per hand 3x20 reardelt pulldowns @ 60lb resistance band 3x20 facepulls @ 110lb resistance band 3x 10 tricep pushdown extension resistance band @145lb, supersetted with 7 bicep curls @ 32kg kettlebell 3x20 overhead resistance band tricep extension @ 110lb and thinking of getting a bar of some kind so i can put kettlebells on there to increase my deadlift weight... tonight will most likely do - 10x10 Swing @ 48kg Goblet squat @ 28kg and 10kg vest Something else - pressup or 32kg clean?

Just watched the aaron rodgers episode on rogan , it's pretty entertaining. Lovin the kettlebell content. The mace and bell combo can take you to the top if you do your weighted calisthenics as well. Keep 🔨 🔨 🔨

I'll only do a single arm or single kb swings. Just grab a heavier bell. It's more effective & less awkward imo than swinging two bells.

That’s awesome you must be a really strong and big fella!! If I was to use only a 44kg bell it would couple dead lifts couple swings video over lol 😂

Another thing to note: one is not better than the other but KBs x2 will open up an entire new world for you if you give them a try.. it’s awkward because it’s not something you always do probably… but think 16kg x2 is the same as 32kg.. you can do wayyyy more 16kg x2 swings before your grip starts to give out.. just an example and think of how many other things that may apply too 😊

Yes absolutely true!! He kinda introduced the states to the KB.. it really gained traction in the fight sports, my old gym and most fight gyms/camps had kettlebells and classes.. Rogan being g the influence and platform he has I feel really helped propel it.. if you ask most people pavel & kettlebell then joe Rogan & kettlebell… most people do t even know who pavel is lol.. but yes your statement is very true just most have no clue who he is 😊

I’ll be honest back in the day I had no clue who he was.. there were just kettlebells in the gym, coaches said this will make you stronger without out putting on weight and most if not all said SOLD lol! Obviously there is a lot more too it than that lol! 😂
