Thanks! I actually use the gluten-free version for weekly communion at home for online church. Once cooled after baking, I break it up into the small squares and store them in a sealed container/plastic bag in the freezer. I take out only what I need a few minutes before church starts and have it handy; it thaws by the time we consume them. Regardless, i hope it can work for whatever your needs may be.
